We are looking for a Club Manager for our busy Sports and Recreation Club in Ngunguru, situated on the beautiful Tutukaka Coast.
This key position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of club operations, managing the bar, coordinating events, member services, facilities and administrative activities of the club.
Key Tasks:
- Strategic and Short Term Goal Setting
- Team Leadership
- Events Coordination
- Management Systems and Data entry – Xero, Essentials Payroll, Bepoz and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bar Service and Gaming
- Human Resources tasks such as staff rostering and appraisals
- Member and Sporting Adjunct Clubs Liaison
- Facilitating team meetings
- Stock ordering and ongoing management
- Events development
- Strategic Plan implementation as required
- Liaison with key organisations such as DIA, IRD, Council and more
- Bar Service and Gaming
- Reporting
