We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Office Administrator to support the daily operations of our Wellington-based office. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth administrative processes, assisting with member inquiries, and supporting the team in delivering exceptional service to our members.

Clubs New Zealand is the leading advocate and service provider for member clubs nationwide, dedicated to supporting their growth and success. We offer guidance, training, and resources to ensure our member clubs are compliant with relevant legislation and operate effectively within the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely responses to member enquiries.
- Support the team with general administrative tasks such as document preparation, and filing.
- Assist with training coordination, including bookings, registrations and production of certificates.
- Assist with event coordination, including bookings, registrations, and logistics.
- Maintain accurate records and databases.
- Assist with communication efforts, including newsletters and social media updates.
- Assist with finances when required.
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
- Capability with software products such as MS Office, Xero and bespoke software like Salesforce
- A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Knowledge of the club or hospitality sector is a plus but not essential.
