Clarification re Multi Venue Exclusions and the Concern Database

The Concern database and problem gambler system is constantly evolving. With that in mind I just want to share the latest information and to clear up a little confusion regarding the process for excluding problem gamblers from multiple venues.

If you have someone that wants to be excluded from multiple venues, the referral form below is to be completed and sent to the Salvation Army address on the form. A counsellor will then contact the person and will arrange for the person to be added to the concern database under the appropriate venues.

Referral for for MVE Gaming Exclusions

If someone only wants to be excluded from your venue, this can be completed directly to the concern.co.nz by clicking ‘Exclusions’ then ‘Add’. Complete the rest of the form and they will be added to the people excluded from your venue.
