Changes are coming for the Club Industry e-Newsletter
1 December 2022
Our digital communications are a critical part of what we do here at Clubs New Zealand, and for that reason we are planning to introduce some changes in the New Year which we believe will enhance our communications even more.
Introducing eCirculars
Clubs New Zealand eCirculars will be formal memos released to clubs advising of significant industry information that affect club operations, news, events and more. They will be sent out as and when required using our newsletter platform. The circulars will be held on our website and will require you to be logged into the website to access.
Monthly eNewsletters
With eCirculars being sent on demand, the weekly e-Newsletters will move to a monthly e-Newsletter. The e-Newsletter will allow us to continue to provide personalised updates, a round-up of any circulars that have been sent over the course of the month and promote any events that are coming up in the future.
What do you need to do?
If you already receive the Weekly e-Newsletter
You don't need to do anything, these changes will take effect in the New Year and everyone who currently receives the weekly e-Newsletters will automatically receive eCirculars and the Monthly eNewsletter.
Make sure all club officers are signed up to receive the eCirculars and eNewsletters
To ensure all club officers have equal access to industry information, news, events we encourage clubs to regularly update Clubs New Zealand with a list of your current officers and their email addresses.
Make sure you are able to login to the members area of the website
Apart from a few exceptions, most of the eCirculars will require a website login to view in full. If you do not have a website login please contact the team at National Office on 0800 425 827 so that we can arrange one for you.
If you have a login but have forgotten your password you can reset it by using the "I've lost my password" link on the login page of the website.
If you have any questions regarding these changes or accessing the Clubs New Zealand website contact us on 0800 425 827 or email enquiries@clubsnz.com
