Cancellation of the Clubs New Zealand 2022 Conference, AGM & EXPO

It is with reluctance that the Board of Clubs New Zealand, National Office Team and Club Hastings have made the decision to cancel the Clubs New Zealand 2022 Conference, AGM and EXPO.
This is the third time that the Hastings event has been cancelled and we are all incredibly disappointed. It is impossible for Clubs New Zealand to run this event at the Red setting and with no clear indication from the Government on when we will move back to Orange, it was necessary to make this decision sooner rather than later.
We realise that some may view this decision as hasty, however, it is at this stage of the planning process where we begin to incur costs, and it is the boards view that it must exercise its fiduciary duty, in the interests of both Clubs New Zealand and Clubs Hastings.
For those that wrap holidays around the Conference, AGM and Expo and still wish to travel through to Hastings, the team at Clubs Hastings would love host you.
The Board and team at National Office are discussing options for holding the Annual General Meeting digitally and the details of this will be released as soon as possible.
