This amazing one-day course develops the skills to give great service and covers issues such as understanding customer expectations and successful positive communication.

DESCRIPTION:

Learn strategies for dealing with difficult customers and develop skills to confidently provide effective face to face service. Participants will leave this course empowered, motivated and completely customer focused. It’s really that simple, service sells and we will teach you comprehensive techniques to keep your customers coming back, to exceed their expectations and have your business reap the rewards. From new entrants in customer service positions to experienced customer service staff – this course will inspire excellence and help you build a customer-centric business.
