The Pre Filing Review will cover;

  • Reconciliation of GC7 to the audited financial statements;
  • Ensuring all necessary and appropriate gaming costs are included in arriving at Net Proceeds;
  • Checking that all unnecessary costs that do not relate to gambling are excluded from the gaming account;
  • Checking the reasonableness of the split of costs that impact across the whole of the club and gaming;
  • Checking whether the net proceeds generated by the club are equal to, at least. the licence conditions imposed on the club at their most recent renewal approval, and;
  • Drafting correspondence and 'babysitting' your application through the DIA processes.
