Please note this is a draft agenda and is subject to change prior to the conference.
To secure your spot at the conference dinner please select the appropriate registration type + dinner when completing your clubs registration form.
Each club has been sent an email containing a link to your clubs unique registration form. The registration forms come pre-populated with the key contacts we have recorded for your club and you simply need to complete the fields for each person to indicate whether they will be adding conference.
You can add new attendees to the form by selecting the "Add Registrant" button and completing the necessary fields.
PLEASE NOTE: As always partners are invited to attend the meet & greet functions that are organised in conjunction with the Clubs New Zealand Conference & AGM free of charge - please include partners on the registration form as attending so that we can provide the host club with accurate attendee numbers. Partners wishing to attend the conference dinner will need to register as Partner + Dinner. Partners wishing to attend the Conference & AGM including conference sessions will need to register as a delegate under either the Committee or Management Registration type.
While delegates are busy getting down to business at the Clubs New Zealand 2017 Conference and AGM, partners will be able to experience some of Blenheim's highlights with fantastic day trips organised by Clubs of Marlborough.

There is a large number of accommodation options available in the Blenheim Region many of which are within easy walking distance. Clubs of Marlborough have prepared an accommodation listing which can be downloaded below;
The Clubs of Marlborough will provide airport/ferry transfers for delegates. If you are requiring airport/ferry transfers you will need to supply your travel details to Clubs New Zealand upon registering.
Transportation between accommodations and the club will be limited to the accommodation options listed on the guide provided by the Clubs of Marlborough. If you are planning to stay in private accommodations you will need to ensure you have your own transport arrangements in place. - Please note that most accommodation is approximately 5-15 minutes (stroll) from the Clubs of Marlborough.
